Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure quick delivery, and therefore, cancellations are not possible after the order is confirmed.

• Order Modifications: If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the shipping address or add/remove items), please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed.

• Refunds: In the event of a cancellation being approved (for rare cases like system errors or payment issues), refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

• Special Circumstances: If a cancellation is due to a fault on our part (e.g., out-of-stock item or incorrect pricing), we will inform you immediately and provide a full refund.
