Exchange Policy

Claims for Missing or Defective Products:

Unboxing Video: If you receive a product that is missing or defective, please record a 360° unboxing video of the parcel without cuts or pauses. This video is crucial for processing your claim.

Submission: Send the unboxing video via WhatsApp to +91-95594 30089 or email it to elite.fashion0786@gmail.com, and include your order ID.

Notification: Please inform us within two days of receiving your parcel. We will provide guidance on the next steps once we receive your video.

Important Note: We cannot process any claims without the 360° unboxing video. No complaints will be considered or entertained without this evidence.

 

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy:

No Defect Policy: If the product is free from defects, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

 

Eligibility for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Exchange Process:

Initiating an Exchange: Contact us at elite.fashion0786@gmail.com to start the exchange process.

Return Shipping: If your exchange request is approved, you will need to ship the parcel at your own expense (pickup service is not available). We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. Please send us the courier slip within 24 hours of shipping.

Exchange Time Frame: Once we receive and inspect the returned parcel, we will dispatch a new item of the same product. The quicker you send the return, the quicker we can process your exchange.

 

Damages and Issues:

Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

 

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

Customised Products: Items made to special order or personalized.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may then exchange it for the same product.
